It really depends on where you live. We aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days of receipt, but please allow 3-7 working days for delivery as the courier may take longer depending on which part of the UK or world you live in.
If you do not receive your goods within 7working days you should call us at +44 (0) 7544851125. May be the item you ordered is missing and our dispatch department have not been able to contact you therefore causing a delay in dispatch. If your card is not registered to your billing address may also cause a delay. If however our records show that the parcel has been received & signed at your address then a claim must be made to the courier company. They will forward a written form which will need to be filled and returned in order to claim for goods.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice on which will have displayed all of your order details.
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in dispatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible. If it has not been possible to reach you we may send out the remaining order and refund the missing item.
We have partnered with courier companies of repute like FedEx, DPD, Harmes, UPS They leave a card when there is no one to accept the delivery, they attempt the delivery two times. If still the recipient is unavailable, the parcel is returned to our facility. The delivery charge is non refundable and a further delivery request will incur fresh delivery charges. Our couriers may also leave parcels with neighbors in cases where customers are not at home.
Some items are exchangeable or refundable within 4 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon you become aware of the fault.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, perfume or damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags/tickets attached.
A majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear. Please ensure that the first wash is ‘Dry Clean’ only. Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given. It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean.
Yes. All our product prices are inclusive of VAT.
Generally, we respond to the emails in maximum 1 working day. In some cases if we are quite busy then we might take around 2 working days.
Any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order within 24 hours before the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse .
